Chef For Warehouse

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Chef to prepare delicious and nutritious meals for our warehouse staff three times a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of meal preparation, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen. A specialty in preparing excellent Biryani is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals for warehouse staff on a daily basis. Plan menus, taking into account any dietary restrictions or preferences. Source and manage food supplies, ensuring freshness and cost-effectiveness. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all hygiene and safety regulations. Wash and sanitize all cooking utensils, dishes, and equipment. Ensure proper storage of food items. Manage kitchen waste effectively. Prepare Biryani that meets a high standard of taste and quality. Assist with inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies as needed. Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Chef or Cook, preferably in a similar setting. Excellent culinary skills with a strong understanding of various cooking methods. Demonstrated ability to prepare delicious and authentic Biryani. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently. Strong organizational and cleanliness habits. Good communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately. Physical stamina to handle the demands of a kitchen environment.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
