Job Title: Specialty Chef (Mandi Biriyani)
Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced and skilled Specialty Chef to prepare authentic Mandi and Biriyani dishes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in traditional Middle Eastern and South Asian cuisine.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Mandi and Biriyani dishes to perfection
- Develop and maintain recipes
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
- Innovate and experiment with new recipes
Requirements:
- Experience in cooking Mandi and Biriyani
