Experience in a reputable hotel or restaurant required
Must have strong knowledge of Indian and Chinese culinary traditions, regional cuisines, and cooking techniques
Ability to create innovative and visually appealing dishes while maintaining authenticity
Must have a passion for Indian and Chinese cuisine
Excellent leadership and management skills to oversee and motivate kitchen staff
Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Must be ready to work in a South Indian restaurant
