Your Mission As Project Manager Officer, you play a key role through the following responsibilities: Scope, plan and execute operational excellence initiative as directed Provide analysis on the initiatives to support communication Effectively communicate progress, problems and risks using the tools and templates provided to you Support with timelines and rigor tasks and actions from SBRs, MBRs, QBRs and ABRs Support with analysis and identification of process improvements Support with deep dive on specific topics Support projects as per assignment Manage projects and changes in all sites owned by their own organisation Communicate effectively progress on projects to the Partner Management team Communicate effectively progress change roll out to the OCM change manager

Profile Sought: Experience as a project manager, with a background in operations Ability to manage change Ability to handle complex projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with data analysis Full-time position ; availability from Monday to Friday PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus Ability to design processes (Green Belt certification preferred but not mandatory)
