Job Description

As a Project Manager for the 365 initiative, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating projects related to the Microsoft 365 platform. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic planning, team coordination, resource management, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Strategy:

Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining objectives, timelines, resources, and risks.

Align project goals with organizational objectives and strategize the implementation of Microsoft 365 tools and technologies.

Team Leadership and Coordination:

Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

Delegate tasks and responsibilities, providing clear guidance and expectations to team members.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations, ensuring their needs are addressed throughout the project lifecycle.

Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and milestones.

Resource Management:

Efficiently allocate and manage project resources, including budget, personnel, and technology assets.

Optimize resource utilization to maximize productivity and project outcomes.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on project objectives.

Proactively monitor and manage risks throughout the project, adapting strategies as needed.

Quality Control and Assurance:

Implement quality control processes to ensure the deliverables meet specified requirements and adhere to best practices.

Conduct regular quality assessments and implement improvements as necessary.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and other relevant materials.

Generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders, summarizing project progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the context of Microsoft 365 or similar technology projects.

Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, tools, and capabilities.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

PMP or related certification is a plus.
