F/LIST MIDDLE EAST FZCO, with about 10 employees, is located near Dubai Airport and was established in 2017. Despite its size, this location is extremely diverse, employing people of different nationalities. Here, the focus is on refurbishment of business & private jets, including preparation and modernization of cabins.
As part of our team you will...

be responsible for

planning

and

controlling

aircraft projects.

coordinate internal projects

, including preparing and leading kick-off packages, participating in schedule reviews, and tracking major milestones.

actively manage projects

, detect problems, and develop solutions.

ensure the fulfillment and monitoring of project goals

costs

key performance indicators

handle billing of projects or orders

, including any modification costs.

serve as the main contact person for customers

, receiving and processing purchase orders, and providing project status reports.

ensure the accuracy of project data

hold a

Bachelor's Degree in engineering

,

business

, or an

equivalent field

. possess

technical understanding

and

proficient problem-solving skills

. have a valid

UAE Driving Licence

. bring

industry knowledge in aviation

3 years of experience

in project management. are a
