About The Role
As a Chef de Partie, White Beach \xe2\x80\x93 you will manage and organize the mise en place for your respective section, producing the highest food quality at all times. As a perfectionist in the kitchen, you will assist the Chef de Cuisine in leading, managing, and organising all kitchen requirements to the highest standards in accordance with standard operating procedures. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to support the Sous Chef in creating exciting new dishes and recipes.
About You
Ideally, we\xe2\x80\x99d love you to have a Diploma in Catering or 3-5 years of experience in a luxury 5-star international chain. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, hold health and safety certification, have completed an apprenticeship program, or have been a chef\xe2\x80\x99s trainee for at least 2 years.
