. Preparing food items on the menu following set recipes; . Reconstituting prepared food items; . Setting up kitchen for food preparation activities; . Preparing, portioning and filling his / her daily section; . Maintaining a clean and orderly section and performing any other duties as required by colleagues; . Checking bad quality, labels & expiry dates of products and reporting them to his direct manager; . Keeping his/her station and area clean and filled at all times; . Making sure to produce best items with best quality & presentation as per TAZALaEUR(TM)S standards . Preparing & cleaning his / her section and filling it for next shift; . Washing, cutting, storing all foodstuffs as explained and displayed by the supervisors; . Making sure to cook within safe temperature & zone; . Defrosting products when needed taking into consideration the danger zone; . Striving for excellent quality of production and being eager for additional training and briefing sessions; . Following closely on health and safety requirements; . Ensuring quality and standards are maintained in all aspects of food preparation and service; . Reporting to his direct manager of any dysfunction or problem happening during his shift; . Adhering to all TAZALaEUR(TM)S kitchen requirements; . Being responsible for his/ her personal hygiene and grooming at all times; . Performing other related tasks as requested by the management.

REQUIREMENT . Arabic Cuisine experience (3 years) . Previous experience in the Food & Beverages industry (3 years) . Holds a BT, TS or High School degree. . Ability to work in a standing position for long hours.
