We're expanding and opening a new branch, and we're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team.

Position Overview:

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes aligned with our healthy food philosophy. You'll work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain standards of excellence in taste, presentation, and nutrition.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook dishes according to the Healthy Time Meals recipes and standards. Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness. Ensure accurate portioning and consistent quality across all dishes. Support menu development and contribute creative ideas for healthy meals. Supervise commis chefs and ensure smooth daily kitchen operations. Control inventory and minimize waste.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a restaurant or catering kitchen. Experience working with healthy, balanced, or diet-specific menus (e.g., low-calorie, keto, vegan, or high-protein dishes). Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene. Passion for healthy cooking and fresh ingredients. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team. Positive attitude, discipline, and attention to detail.
