5. Chef de Partie- cold- section
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie at our restaurant located in Sharjah. The Chef De Partie will assist the Head Chef in managing food preparation and overseeing the kitchen team. Day-to-day tasks include preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and ensuring that food quality and safety standards are met. The Chef De Partie will also communicate with other departments to ensure smooth service and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
Qualifications
Solid background of pizza, Italian, burgers and breakfast Residing in Sharjah or Ready to relocate to Sharjah Experience in a similar role with excellent culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work well as part of a team Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes Creative and innovative with a passion for food and desire to stay up-to-date with current culinary trends and techniques Fluency in English is required Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred but not required

Pay: AED3,800.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
