We are seeking an experienced
Chef de Partie - Salad Section
with a strong background in fresh, creative, and healthy salad preparations.Responsibilities
Prepare and present a variety of salads and cold items Create and balance dressings for different flavor profiles Maintain high standards of freshness and food safety Support menu development with innovative salad ideas Ensure quality, consistency, and portion control
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of international salads and dressings Eye for detail and presentation Team player with a commitment to high standards
