Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Specialist to prepare and bake high-quality pizzas tailored to customer orders. The ideal candidate will have experience with Neapolitan-style pizzas, demonstrating expertise in dough preparation, fermentation, and topping assembly. The Pizza Specialist will operate and maintain the pizza oven to ensure consistent, authentic product quality and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake pizzas according to customer specifications and restaurant standards.

Manage dough preparation, including mixing, hydration, fermentation, and portioning to ensure optimal texture and flavor.

Prepare fresh toppings and ingredients, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Operate and maintain the pizza oven, ensuring proper temperature and safety protocols are followed.

Monitor the quality of every pizza, ensuring authentic Neapolitan-style standards are met.

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and excellent customer service.

Assist in inventory management and stock control for dough, toppings, and other ingredients.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in pizza preparation, particularly with Neapolitan-style pizzas.

Strong knowledge of dough hydration, fermentation, and proper handling techniques.

Ability to operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and effectively.

Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality food.

Good communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Food handler's certification or relevant food safety training preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Manual dexterity for handling dough and toppings.

Ability to lift and carry kitchen supplies and ingredients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
