Job Description

We are a Catering Company with Operations in Abu Dhabi Emirate and we are no looking for a Chef De Partie for our Central Kitchen in Mussafah - Abu Dhabi to undertake the below job responsibilities:-

Job Purpose:



To manage a specific section within the central kitchen and ensure the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality food items in accordance with menu specifications, production schedules, and hygiene standards. The Chef de Partie will support overall kitchen operations to ensure efficient and timely food production for catering contracts and events.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Food Preparation & Production



Prepare, cook, and present dishes within the assigned section (hot, cold, bakery, butchery, etc.) according to standard recipes and portion controls. Ensure all food items meet company quality standards and client requirements. Support mass production for catering contracts, staff meals, and events as per daily production plans. Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning across all batches.

2. Team Supervision & Coordination



Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen helpers within the section. Coordinate with other sections to ensure smooth and efficient production flow. Report any shortage of materials or equipment to the Sous Chef in advance.

3. Hygiene, Safety & Compliance



Adhere to UAE food safety standards (including HACCP requirements) and company hygiene policies. Ensure all work areas, equipment, and utensils are clean and sanitized at all times. Monitor food storage, labeling, and rotation in compliance with FIFO principles. Report and assist in corrective actions for any food safety or quality deviations.

Qualifications & Experience:



Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a

central kitchen or large-scale catering operation

in the UAE or GCC. Strong knowledge of food production for bulk catering and menu planning. Familiarity with HACCP, food safety, and kitchen hygiene standards. Ability to work under pressure and manage production deadlines.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
