Job Description

Experience: Prior experience in Lebanese, Middle Eastern, Turkish, or Arabic BBQ cuisine preferred
Qualification: Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or relevant professional training
Salary: AED 5000 to 10000
Location: Jumeirah 3, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Ensure food portions, presentation, and quality are consistent at all times.
  • Support senior chefs with menu development and food trials when required.
  • Adhere to all food safety and health regulations within the kitchen.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a Middle Eastern or Mediterranean restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of grilling, roasting, and Arabic BBQ techniques.
  • Passion for authentic cuisine and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate availability preferred - food trial will be held in Jumeirah 3.
