Key Responsibilities:
Pastry Production

Menu Development
: Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new dessert recipes and seasonal offerings, bringing creativity and innovation to the pastry menu.
Quality Control
: Ensure the highest quality of ingredients and finished products, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Team Supervision
: Lead and train junior pastry staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Inventory Management
: Monitor stock levels, order necessary supplies, and manage waste effectively.
Qualifications:
Experience
: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (Pastry) /Jr. Sous chef or in a similar role in a professional kitchen or bakery.
Skills
: Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and baking methods, attention to detail, and creativity in dessert presentation.
Knowledge
: Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices.
