Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation:

Efficiently prepare and cook both cold and hot dishes in your assigned section.

Quality Service:

Deliver exceptional service while upholding our high standards, demonstrating a positive attitude, and fostering strong team spirit.

Mise en Place:

Set up and organize ingredients and equipment for service and meal periods as per operational needs.

Recipe Adherence:

Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistency and quality.

Waste Management:

Minimize waste and manage spoilage effectively.

Flexibility:

Assist in any kitchen section as needed by the Chef de Partie.

Work Schedule:

Adapt to various shifts, split duties, and overtime as required.

Professionalism:

Maintain a high level of service for both guests and colleagues at all times.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. Strong passion for culinary arts and a desire to learn and grow. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
