The Role
Position Title: Chef de Partie (Hot & Cold) Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 5.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the best seafood restaurant chains in Dubai. : . Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within the specialty section . Assisting the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes . Preparing meat and fish . Assisting with the management of health and safety . Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices . Monitoring portion and waste control . Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
Requirements
Qualifications: . Open to any nationality . 24 years old and above . At least 3 years of experience in the similar role . Preferably from high end casual restaurant How to Apply: Send your CV in word format online.
