About The Role As a Chef de Partie at Bread Street Kitchen you will manage and organize the mise en place for your respective section, producing the highest food quality at all times. As a perfectionist in the kitchen, you will assist the Chef de Cuisine to lead, manage, and organize all kitchen requirements to the highest standards in accordance with the standard operating procedures. In addition to this, you will also have the opportunity to support the Sous Chef in creating exciting new dishes and recipes. About You Ideally, we'd love you to have a Diploma in Catering or 3-5 years' experience with British Cuisine in a luxury 5-star international chain, and within a high-volume Restaurant. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, hold health and safety certification, completed an apprenticeship program, or have been a chef's trainee for at least 2 years.
