As Chef de Partie - Garde Manger, we rely on you to:
Support the Cold Kitchen operation
Oversee all food preparation of the Cold section
Consistently deliver and maintain the highest food quality and sanitation standards
Ensure kitchen equipments are well maintained and operational
Assist in maximising profitability
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience as Chef de Partie - Garde Manger
Is up to date with new culinary trends available in the market
Is knowledgeable about HACCP guidelines
Enjoys interacting with people
Communicates and writes in English.
Enjoys being challenged
Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
Committed to serving food of the highest quality
Willing to work shifts
