to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation, consistency, and compliance with hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee a designated kitchen section efficiently
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to set standards
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently maintained
Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants
Follow HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimizing wastage
Coordinate with Head Chef and Executive Chef for daily operations
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of UAE experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe environment
Knowledge of international cuisine (experience in specialty coffee/F&B concepts is a plus)
Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
