Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items in assigned section (e.g., grill, saute, pastry, etc.)
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
Collaborate with other cooks and chefs to ensure smooth service
Report stock levels and maintain with prep lists
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a similar role or dcdp
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment
Excellent attention to detail and timing
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
