The right candidate will have strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and passion for delivering authentic Japanese flavors with consistency and creativity.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes for the hot section (grill, ramen, donburi, tempura, etc.).
Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and safety procedures.
Coordinate with the Head Chef and team to ensure smooth service.
Assist in training junior staff and maintaining stock control.
Requirements:
2-3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a Japanese or Asian kitchen.
Strong knowledge of hot section cooking techniques.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with attention to quality and consistency.
Available to work flexible shifts.
