Role Overview:

As a

Chef de Partie

, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, overseeing preparation, cooking, and presentation of food for both catering events and our meal plan service. This is a quality driven kitchen environment that requires consistency, speed and an eye for detail. You'll support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in executing daily production schedules, leading junior staff, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the highest quality of food is consistently prepared and served in line with operational standards. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning. Maintain cleanliness and organization in your workstation at all times. Assist with inventory, ordering, and stock rotation. Comply with all health and safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards. Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the smooth day to day operation of the kitchen. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed. Uphold a professional appearance and high standards of personal hygiene. Foster positive working relationships with colleagues across the kitchen and other departments.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience in a Commis role within a high volume food production. In depth knowledge of kitchen operations, food hygiene, and HACCP standards. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and mentor junior staff. Highly organized and able to manage time efficiently under pressure. Committed to quality, consistency and a team first attitude. Degree or diploma in culinary arts or related field is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Must be available in UAE for immediate interview and joining.
