We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in international, Turkish, Georgian, and Arabic cuisines and be able to deliver exceptional dishes that meet the highest standards of quality and taste.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in fine dining restaurants.
Proficiency in preparing and serving international, Turkish, Georgian, and Arabic cuisines.
Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and food safety standards.
Ability to work under pressure and efficiently manage the kitchen department.
Teamwork skills and the ability to train and mentor assistants.
