. The role ensures
consistent food quality, operational efficiency, hygiene compliance, cost control, and team supervision
within the assigned kitchen area, while supporting the overall outlet performance and brand standards of Flat White.
Key Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for the assigned kitchen section
Prepare and cook food as per Flat White recipes and standards
Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation
Plan daily mise en place and manage service efficiently
Supervise Commis Chefs and Kitchen Assistants in the section
Maintain high hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards
Follow HACCP, FIFO, and food storage procedures
Monitor stock levels and raise requisitions when required
Control food wastage and support cost control initiatives
Coordinate with FOH and other kitchen sections during service
Report operational or quality issues to the Sous Chef / Head Chef
Ensure compliance with company policies and kitchen SOPs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR4,800.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month
