About the Role

Moonlight Hospitality and Hotel Operation Management is seeking a skilled and passionate

Chef De Partie

to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate must have

a minimum of 3 years of hospitality experience

and strong expertise in food preparation, station management, and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present dishes consistently according to the hotel's standards. Manage a specific kitchen section (hot, cold, pastry, or others) with minimal supervision. Assist in menu development, recipe testing, and food presentation. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients to maintain food safety and minimize waste. Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area. Supervise and train Commis chefs and other junior staff. Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety guidelines, and hotel policies. Coordinate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef for daily operations and requirements. Assist in inventory management and requisitioning of supplies.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

Strong culinary skills with expertise in preparing various dishes. Good knowledge of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and HACCP standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership abilities. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
