We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie (Hot Kitchen) to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hot kitchen operations, a great sense of taste and presentation, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in the hot kitchen section.
Maintain consistency in taste, portion, and presentation standards.
Supervise and support Commis Chefs and kitchen helpers.
Ensure all dishes are prepared according to company recipes and hygiene standards.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and equipment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a CDP or in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant setup.
Strong knowledge of hot kitchen cooking methods and menu items.
Culinary diploma or equivalent certification is an advantage.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
