Job Description
Minimum 10 years of experience in professional kitchens
Proven background in 5-star hospitality or fine-dining establishments
Extensive knowledge and practical skills in international cuisines (Western, Asian, Middle Eastern, etc.)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage kitchen operations independently from start to finish
Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
