Located on the pristine shores of Bluewaters Island, the Delano Dubai resort will boast an array of luxury rooms and suites, four exceptional culinary and mixology experiences, an ocean front swimming pool and a wellness studio.

Delano Dubai is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie (Cold Kitchen) to join our dynamic Banquets team. This role focuses on preparing, presenting, and maintaining high-quality cold dishes for events, buffets, and banquets, ensuring our guests experience exceptional culinary standards in line with Delano's luxury hospitality reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present cold kitchen items including salads, hors d'oeuvres, charcuterie, sandwiches, and buffet displays.
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all cold dishes.
Collaborate closely with the Banquets and Culinary teams to meet event deadlines and guest expectations.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in compliance with HACCP guidelines.
Assist in menu planning, portion control, and inventory management for cold kitchen items.
Support the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in training and mentoring junior team members.
Qualifications
International Experience: Bring at least 4-6 years of marketing experience in luxury hospitality or high-end lifestyle brands. A strong culinary foundation, exceptional presentation skills, and a creative flair for crafting visually stunning and memorable dishes. A deep understanding of contemporary culinary trends and the UAE luxury market is essential. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with agility and poise.
