Open Positions:
- Sous Chef
- Chef de Partie (CDP)
- Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)
- Commis I, II & III
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and quality standards
Support the Head Chef/Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
Ensure food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are strictly followed
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
Assist with stock control, storage, and minimizing wastage
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Follow all HACCP and food safety guidelines
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar BOH role (UAE experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
