Job description of Chef de Partie (CDP)

Minimum 1 year experience to supervise junior Chefs or commis
Minimum 1 year experience as Demi Chef De Partie & BOH at any restaurant, catering or hotel
Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the Restaurant
Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards
