Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled chef de partie to join our events catering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality canapes, sandwich bites, savoury bites, and sweet bites for a variety of functions and events. This role is essential in ensuring our guests receive beautifully presented, delicious, and safely prepared food.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare a variety of canapes, sandwich bites, savoury bites, and sweet bites according to event menus and standards Ensure all food is prepared to a high standard of quality, flavour, and presentation Follow strict hygiene, food safety, and sanitation practices at all times Assist with kitchen organisation, stock rotation, and maintaining clean workstations Communicate effectively with Management and wider kitchen team Work efficiently to meet event deadlines and volume requirements Support with other kitchen duties as needed

Requirements:



Previous experience in food preparation, catering, or a similar kitchen role required Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure Attention to detail with a passion for quality and presentation Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
