Chef de Partie - Breakfast
- Prepare and oversee the breakfast service including eggs, pastries, cereals, and continental options.
- Ensure all items are fresh, properly cooked, and attractively presented.
- Maintain a smooth workflow during peak morning hours.
- Monitor stock and ensure timely preparation of breakfast mise en place.
