Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize mise en place for the assigned kitchen section
• Consistently produce high-quality dishes in line with brand and hygiene standards
• Support the Chef de Cuisine in daily kitchen operations and service delivery
• Assist the Sous Chef in developing new dishes and recipe ideas
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene procedures
• Coordinate effectively with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency within the work area
• Contribute positively to a multicultural, high-performance kitchen team

Ideal Profile

• 1-2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
• Background in an international luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
• Diploma in Culinary Arts or 2-3 years of relevant professional kitchen experience
• Experience in Michelin-star or award-winning restaurants is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Creative mindset with passion for cooking and innovation
• Valid health and safety or food hygiene certification preferred
