Chef de Partie - Bakery
- Prepare breads, rolls, and specialty baked goods using traditional and modern baking techniques.
- Ensure consistency in texture, flavor, and appearance of all bakery items.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in the bakery section.
- Collaborate with the pastry team on special orders and seasonal items.
