Job Description

Responsible for preparing, producing, and presenting bakery products to high standards of quality, consistency, and hygiene. The role involves assisting in daily bakery operations, supervising junior staff, and ensuring adherence to recipes, portion control, and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and standards. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning of bakery items. Assist in developing new bakery products and seasonal offerings. Supervise and guide junior bakery staff or trainees during shifts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery section in compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Monitor stock levels of ingredients and inform management of shortages or spoilage. Assist in inventory control and proper storage of raw materials. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation policies. Collaborate with kitchen team to meet daily production targets and service requirements.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
