Applications are invited from suitably qualified & experienced candidates to join our team as Chef De Partie- Bakery. The key duties & responsibilities of this position include 1. Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality setby the restaurant. 2. Follows the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks. 3. Coordinates daily tasks with the Sous Chef / Exe. Chef - Bakery. 4. Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times. 5. Check the quality of raw materials to ensure that standard and specification are met. 6. Evaluate quality of food ingredients & prepared foods. 7. Observe the color of products being baked, oven temperature, humidity & conveyor speed. 8. Decorate baked goods such as desserts, breads etc. 9. Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction, quality, operating and food costson an ongoing basis. 10. Responsible to supervise commis chefs. 11. Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation. 12. Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards. 13. Follows good preservation standards for the proper handling of all food products at the right temperature. 14. Operate and maintain all department equipment and reporting of malfunctioning.

• Excellent team management, communication, and listening skills
• Degree / Diploma in Culinary
• 2-3 year experience in the similar position or related professional area
• Ability to work independently as a member of a team with minimal supervision available to join immediately preferably located in UAE on Visit or Cancelled Visa
