As Chef De Partie - Baker, we rely on you to:
Supervise and control the work of the kitchen personnel in Bakery section and assist with overseeing the daily operation of the kitchen
Ensure food portioning, serving, requisitions and receiving from stores are properly controlled
Maintain a close and positive relationship with the team
Maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service according to the standards required by the management
We are looking for someone who:
Has a Diploma / Certification in Culinary or equivalent
Has an experience in a luxury hotel culinary business as Chef De Partie in Bakery section
Is passionate, creative, attention to details
Committed to serving food of the highest quality
A self-starter and a teamplayer
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
Willing to work shifts
Strong leadership skills
