As Chef de Partie, we rely on you to:
- Supervise and control the work of the kitchen personnel in All Day Dining
- Assist with overseeing the daily operation
- Maintain high standards of food preparation and service along with the existing standards
- Maintain a close and positive relationship with the team
- Practice the hygiene and sanitation procedures set by the hotel
- High school diploma or vocational in Food Production is preferred
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Enjoys being challenged
- Committed to serving food of the highest quality
- Preferably has experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel
- Passionate, creative, attentive to details
- Good knowledge of food service techniques and menu contents
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
- Willing to work shifts
