Manage a designated section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, sauces, pastry, etc.)
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in your section.
Assist in developing new recipes and menus in collaboration with the Sous Chef and Head Chef.
Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with food hygiene regulations and kitchen safety standards.
Monitor stock levels, order ingredients as needed, and minimize waste.
Train and supervise Commis Chefs or junior team members in your section.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station at all times.
Ensure consistency in portion size, presentation, and taste.
Communicate effectively with the rest of the kitchen team and front-of-house staff.
