We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Chef de Partie (Multi-Cuisine)

to join a prestigious

VVIP private household

in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a refined palate, and experience delivering high-quality cuisine in a private or luxury environment.

This role requires professionalism, flexibility, and a strong understanding of international cuisines, with an emphasis on quality, presentation, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present high-quality dishes across multiple cuisines (e.g. European, Asian, Middle Eastern, and international). Assist the Head Chef / Private Chef in daily kitchen operations. Ensure meals meet the preferences, dietary requirements, and expectations of the VVIP family and guests. Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation standards. Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times. Manage mise en place and ensure smooth service during meal times. Monitor food storage, stock rotation, and ingredient freshness. Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient workflow. Adapt menus and dishes based on seasonal ingredients and special requests. Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in a private household environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Chef de Partie

or similar role in luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, yachts, or private households. Strong experience in

multi-cuisine cooking

. Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards. Flexible schedule and willingness to work according to family needs. Well-groomed, disciplined, and professional at all times. Previous experience working in

VVIP or private household environments

is highly preferred.
