Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your assigned section. Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation. Assist in menu planning and development, providing creative input. Monitor portion control and minimize waste. Ensure all food items are stored, handled, and prepared according to hygiene and safety standards. Train, guide, and supervise Commis Chefs and other junior staff. Coordinate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Check the freshness and quality of ingredients daily. Maintain cleanliness and proper organization in the workstation. Ensure timely preparation of dishes during service hours. Perform inventory checks and communicate shortages to the supervisor. Follow all kitchen procedures, including HACCP and internal policies.

Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations. Culinary degree or relevant certification (preferred). Strong time-management and organizational skills. Creativity and attention to detail.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
