Key Responsibilities:

Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
Assist in training and mentoring junior staff
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a professional kitchen
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Attention to detail and commitment to consistency
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Culinary qualification or equivalent experience preferred
