Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a
Chef de Partie
at our Restaurant and Pizzeria on Hudayriyat Island, Abu Dhabi. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing dishes to high standards, and ensuring consistency and efficiency during service. The role includes supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu execution, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and helping train and guide junior staff.Qualifications
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a busy kitchen Strong understanding of Italian or Mediterranean cuisine Ability to manage a section independently and work well under pressure Excellent communication and teamwork skills Commitment to maintaining high food quality and cleanliness standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
