Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within their specialty area.
Managing and training commis chefs and kitchen assistants.
Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and health & safety.
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profitability.
Collaborating with the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes.
Maintaining stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
This role requires strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
