Responsibilities

Prepare and cook dishes in your designated station Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items Ensure the kitchen is stocked with all necessary supplies Monitor and maintain food safety and cleanliness standards Train and supervise junior kitchen staff Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure kitchen efficiency Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role Exceptional culinary skills and passion for cooking Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Culinary degree or certification is a plus Asian cooking essential
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
