Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all kitchen operations in line with resort standards and procedures
• Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency across all services
• Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP compliance within the kitchen
• Manage kitchen staffing, training, performance, and motivation
• Oversee inventory levels, equipment management, and operating supplies
• Control food costs and manage kitchen P&L performance effectively
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless restaurant operations
• Enforce service standards by directing and supervising culinary teams
• Engage with guests, gather feedback, and communicate insights to senior management
• Drive creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement in menu execution

Ideal Profile

• Diploma in Catering or equivalent professional culinary qualification
• 8-10 years of experience in a five-star international hotel or luxury resort
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a senior kitchen management role such as Chef de Cuisine
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and workplace health and safety standards
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate large teams
• Creative mindset with a strong vision for culinary excellence
• Experience managing costs, budgets, and operational performance
