What You'll Do

  • Manage and organize all kitchen operations in line with standard operating procedures
  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, HACCP, and health and safety standards
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and consistency across all services
  • Control food costs, inventory, kitchen equipment, and operational budgets
  • Manage kitchen P and L performance and support overall business objectives
  • Lead, train, motivate, and supervise culinary teams to achieve high service standards
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Engage with guests, collect feedback, and communicate insights to senior management
  • Foster creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the kitchen
Ideal Profile
  • Diploma in Catering or a similar culinary qualification
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in a five-star international hotel or restaurant environment
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a senior management culinary role such as Chef de Cuisine
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP and workplace health and safety standards
  • Proven ability to manage costs, inventory, and kitchen profitability
