Position Overview
Jumeirah Group is hiring a Chef De Cuisine (Pizzaiolo) to join the team at Jumeirah Al Naseem, part of Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai, UAE. This role is responsible for leading kitchen operations, developing authentic menus, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality pizzas and Italian dishes in a luxury hospitality setting.

Core Duties

• Lead daily kitchen operations, supervising staff and managing workflow
• Create and update menus, recipes, and specials with seasonal and local ingredients
• Control preparation, portioning, and presentation to ensure consistent quality
• Maintain hygiene standards, oversee stock rotation, and monitor kitchen equipment
• Train, mentor, and support culinary team members in skill development and service excellence
• Conduct effective shift handovers with clear instructions and mise en place readiness
• Attend chef meetings and communicate key priorities to the team

Ideal Profile

• College degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent from an accredited culinary school
• At least two years of experience as a Chef De Cuisine or Pizzaiolo in a five-star international hotel or luxury restaurant
• Strong expertise in pizza-making techniques, menu development, and production management
• Proven knowledge of food presentation, quality standards, and cost control
• Ability to lead and inspire a multicultural kitchen team in a fast-paced environment
