Chef De Cuisine - Banquet

Ready for a sizzling career move? You will play a pivotal role in our kitchen working alongside a fantastic team. The chef de cuisine primary responsibilities are overseeing all aspects of commissary production and event execution, designing the menu, training kitchen staff, collaborating with restaurant management, optimizing staff productivity, and stepping in to help wherever needed.

What you will be doing: Ensuring that all food meets the highest quality standards and is served on time. Enforcing best practices for safety and sanitation in the kitchen. Incorporating feedback from restaurant staff and patrons to make improvements or resolve issues. Rotate working in production and going to all venues and off-premises events to monitor quality and consistency and ensure that company standards are being met.
